What we are seeing in modern media is an amalgamation of journalism and activism masquerading itself as some form of an influencer or celebrity. The press regularly lies to people, they have been doing it forever they have been caught doing it and there are many instances where it is provable.
This online masquerade is clogging up the world of activism creating stumbling blocks for decent and well-meaning activists and helping the enemy.
Activism for either side cannot afford to deal in the world of falsities and untruths.
Journalism however is not subject to the same moral constraints.
Activism hopes to inspire change and help the situation Journalism reports on the situation in order to make money.
These are two different fields with two different respective functions.
Are you supporting activism or just journalism?

"The glue that holds all relationships together - including the relationship between the leader and the led - is trust, and trust is based on integrity. Real integrity is doing the right thing, knowing that nobody's going to know whether you did it or not."- Dwight D. Eisenhower
